Bistro 9 is all about enjoying a relaxing meal with family and friends, so think of us as your home away from home for delicious comfort food. My own family plays a big part in Bistro 9's success. Mom's cooking was my inspiration to enter the restaurant business, and many of her recipes have found their way onto our menu.

"I write this review of Bistro 9 with some hesitation, because I'm not sure I want to tell anyone how good this place is ... Great mix and match skewers, with different kinds of meat and a whole host of options for side dishes as well as how many sides you would like. It's like 'choose your own adventure' on a stick! ... The whole meal is an incredible value... So on your way into Bistro 9, try not to smirk as you pass by all of the people waiting to get into Park Chow on a cold night." (3/19/09)
