The Private Bistro Annex
The private dining room provides complete privacy to hold meetings, have private presentations, or have your own music/entertainment.  Our Annex room accommodates 35-90 people reception style and seats up to 50 people for a more formal setting.
The Back Patio
Our beautiful back patio is fully landscaped, has patio heaters, and is private and quiet; thus creating a warm     atmosphere to host receptions up to 40 and seats up to 25 people for a sit down gathering. Presentations and light entertainment is welcome.
The Front Patio
Part of our restaurant however semi-private.  The front patio faces the street, is heated and perfect for group dinners for up to 15. 

Meal Service
All banquets meals include a choice of salad, entrée, dessert and bread. All beverages are additional and will be charged by consumption.  We offer a wonderful list of California and European wines. All food and beverages are subject to 18% service charge.
Room Deposit and Rental Fees
All reservations require a meal service and are subject to a food and beverage minimum.  A $100 deposit is required to hold the reservation and a $500 deposit is required during certain holidays.  Deposits apply as a room rental fee when minimums are not met.  For more information, please inquire to the event coordinator at 415.753.3919.
Minimums
At dinner, you must agree that you will spend a minimum of $800 on food and beverages; $400 at lunch. Certain holidays require a $1300 guarantee at dinner and $800 guarantee for lunch.
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.  They must be confirmed 72 hours after the initial booking with the respective deposit.  If no confirmation is received by this date, the reservation is considered canceled.  Reservations can be made through the Event Coordinator at 415-753-3919 after 4pm Thrus-Sun.
Payment Schedule
The balance is to be paid in full at the conclusion of the event.
Final Steps
Two weeks prior to the event you will select the menu and wine of your choice.  48 hours prior to the event a final head count will be needed.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 1 week prior to the event or subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Additional Service and Fees
Cake cutting is $2.00 per piece.  Corkage is $12.00 per 750ml bottle.  Flowers, displays and decorative items are welcome. Bistro 9 can provide resources to assist in arranging for these items.  Please inform us of all props for proper handling.
